Returns & Exchanges

At Xero Shoes, we want you to love your natural movement experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your shoes within 45 days of purchase, provided they are in new and unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label; a small fee will be deducted from your refund, or choose a free exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and secure them inside a separate shipping box to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
